A user account is required to purchase items from our online shop. This helps us to help you, as it allows you to review your order history and enables us to assist you more efficiently with any support queries or warranty issues. It also means that all your details are pre-filled for future orders, saving time when you place an order.
Creating an account is easy, if you have not already done so, you can register here: the account registration page. We store and process account information as required to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. Further information on how we process your data is available in our Privacy Policy.
Your account details are for your use only. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and must not share them with third parties. If you believe your account has been compromised, please let us know immediately.
We may suspend or close accounts which are being misused, or where we suspect fraudulent activity or breach of our terms and conditions.
All online orders are processed at our discretion. We will normally accept orders which meet our standard criteria, but placing an order on the website does not constitute acceptance of that order by us.
Allowing you to place an order, or reserving stock against your order, does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. All orders are manually checked and processed, and we reserve the right to decline any order and to refund any payment received, without having to give reason.
If there is a problem with your order—for example, a pricing error, a stock discrepancy, or an issue with delivery—we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options, which may include cancellation of the order or amendment to the order.
We recommend that you wait for your order confirmation and, where applicable, despatch notification, before making arrangements which rely on receipt of the goods by a specific date (for example, booking an engineer or planning an event).
We do our best to ensure prices on our website are correct, and that product descriptions and availability are accurate. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT at the current rate.
From time to time mistakes can occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund any payment made.
Where a product has been listed with an obviously incorrect price, we are under no obligation to supply the goods at that price, even after an order confirmation has been issued.
Prices may be subject to change without notice, particularly where our suppliers increase their prices or there are significant currency fluctuations. The price you pay is the price shown on the website at the time you place your order, provided there is no error as described above.
Items which are shown as "Manufactured to Order" are assembled by Blue Aran when we receive an order for them. Lead times may vary depending on manufacturing schedules and availability of parts. Whilst we try to ensure that lead times shown on the website are accurate, there may be unforeseen delays and we will communicate these with you if there is an issue.
If you urgently require an item which is showing as "Manufactured to Order", please email the sales office for a more accurate lead time before placing your order.
We are happy to offer account terms to schools and government bodies. If you are an eligible organisation, you can forward a Purchase Order by email and we will process your order. Unfortunately we are not able to proceed with orders without an authorised Purchase Order.
Account terms are only available for other organisations on pre-arranged terms. If you would like to enquire about account terms, please forward your company details via email.
Terms/Conditions for account holders:
- Full invoice amount to be paid within 30 days.
- Any shortages to be notified within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
- Any damages to be notified within 1 working day of receipt of goods.
- Goods returned as not required will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20%.
- All goods remain the property of Blue Aran Limited until such time as payment has been received in full.
- Account orders under £100 will be subject to a £2.50 inc VAT administration charge.
