UK Delivery

We aim to despatch orders promptly, and delivery times depend on courier services and the size of your order. Standard courier services normally deliver within 1-2 working days once collected from our warehouse, although this is not guaranteed.

All delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. If your order is time-critical, please contact our sales office before ordering.

Some items may be shipped directly from a supplier. The stock status "In Stock With Supplier" indicates that the item will be ordered in when you place your order, and delivery times vary accordingly.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. The correct delivery charge for your order will be shown in the shopping basket once you have entered your postcode.

Some bulky or heavy items may incur additional charges due to size or weight restrictions imposed by courier companies.

Alternative Delivery Addresses

You can specify an alternative delivery address via the My Account section of the website and then select this as the delivery address in the shopping basket, subject to our payment and security policies.

All our deliveries, except items shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Post, require a signature. We are unable to instruct couriers or Royal Mail to leave goods without a signature.

If you are happy for goods to be left with a neighbour if you are out, please specify this in the shopping basket. Please note that Royal Mail may not always offer a leave with neighbour service.

International Orders

For orders outside the UK, please create an account on the website to obtain an accurate shipping quote. Delivery times and charges vary depending on destination and courier availability.

For larger or bulky items we can ship by pallet. Please contact our sales office for quotes and further information.

Collection from Trade Counter

You can select Collect from trade counter as the delivery option in your shopping basket. If all items are in stock, your order will usually be ready for collection shortly after processing.

If your order includes items listed as In Stock With Supplier or Ordered on Request, we will order them in for you and notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

To avoid disappointment, we advise contacting us before travelling long distances. Stock levels on the website are live, but stock is not reserved until an order is placed.

You can reserve stock by selecting Cash on Collection or Card on Collection. This will allocate the items to your order immediately.

Please do not use PayPal for collected orders. If paying by card on collection, we may require you to bring the payment card as proof of cardholder identity. This is part of our fraud prevention policy.

Pallet Freight

Some larger or heavier items may need to be shipped by pallet. Pallet shipping is used where courier restrictions prevent us from sending items by standard parcel services. If pallet delivery is required, our sales office will contact you to confirm arrangements and costs.

Stock Reservation

Stock is not reserved until a confirmed order is placed. If you intend to collect items in person, you may place an order selecting either Cash on Collection or Card on Collection to ensure stock is allocated to you.

If you are travelling to collect items and the stock level is low, we recommend emailing us beforehand to avoid disappointment.
